Telemediators LLC was incorporated in January 2010 in California, USA. 

While first test transmissions from Los Angeles started in early 2001, using the Ricochet service, the recent past is linked with telemediation transmissions in Romania in November 2009.

By early 2010 we had transmissions from several cities and we continued to perfect the technology supporting the service. We officially opened for business in October 2010. Our first clients were in US, Japan, and Europe.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our people, all with university education, many of them holding advanced degrees. While overall we are a young team, people in key roles have either MBAs or PhD degrees, and an average of 20 years of industry experience. 

While we strive to excel as a service provider, and we pioneered customer-guided, personalized telepresence services, we strongly believe in technology, and will continue to base our company on it.

We have protected ourselves with filed patents and trademarks; some of the IP is protected as corporate secrets.
